“The Engerman crew were professional and helpful from the design development all the way through to the completion details of my project. The owner was friendly and very attentive to our needs and budget. Overall- I would say that we got much more value for our money then we ever expected!
The project manager was great and helped me understand the process of my build/renovation and had amazing communication by keeping me in the loop on timelines and progress milestones. I am not in the construction field so therefore I don't know the right questions to ask or what is standard practice. I was grateful to be treated with respect, as they educated me and involved me in the process.
As the build was underway their onsite guys where courteous and always made sure to wave and say good morning, the office manager was welcoming and very helpful, and the owners wife even stopped out to help me pick out paint colors and tiles! As they finished the build, the project manager made sure to use quality materials such as solid core doors, poplar trim, high end fixtures, and custom cabinets. Engermans crew definitely cared, and paid attention to details that ultimately make the house shine.
The end result was a beautiful home that my family loves!
I would hire this builder again, and again. Thanks for all the hard work!!”

“Working with Dominic and LivModern was a pleasure from beginning to end. We initially found Dominic through another California-like, clean, and modern house he built. Besides his aesthetic, it was also his statement that he would build our home just like he would build one for himself…that is a very different perspective than most builders, and really resonated with us. He truly cares about the details as if it was his own house. Not just the visible features, but the mechanicals and the detail behind the walls and under the floors. He limits the number of simultaneous projects so he and his team really focused on our home. Our trust in Dominic was well-placed and in the end, he built us a wonderful home on which we are complimented constantly. We also left other aspects of the home building process and design in Dominic’s hands - he handled all of our landscaping design, designed our pool and deck, and our driveway.
