“January 2013 my husband & I made the decision to move to the Charlottesville area. We saw a house we wanted to view and on a whim called the agent Mike Peters. He met us there and even though that wasn't the right house for us he gave us 110% of his time and resources. We met several times throughout the next six months, mostly on weekends and holidays for viewings. We got to know him and his family very well during this time, as well as some very entertaining stories from his time as an agent. We finally found the place we were looking for on Memorial Day of 2013. He didn't miss a beat, his professionalism in his work kept us on track for our July 31st closing, although many obstacles arouse during this time his outstanding communication skills and extensive knowledge of the ins and outs of contracts not only with us but all parties involved, was truly comforting considering we had sold our house in eight days and we were renting until we found our forever home.”
