I have known Teri professionally for many years but primarily bought windows from a former colleague of hers in the window industry. Teri and I recently reconnected while I was in search of the right product and a new sales/service provider for a significant upcoming custom home project. I have not been disappointed with, product representation, price, delivery or service I have received. Teri is a person of good character, a great communicator, knowledgeable and helpful with project planning and delivery. I am a homeowner. I am detailed, thorough, picky and not easily impressed. I’ve designed and general contracted the construction of a 2nd home. I’ve been accused of being an engineer, a lawyer and an architect, though I am not any of these. I’ve had my share of unreturned phone calls, dead ends, know-nothing sales people, hype, unfulfilled promises, no value order takers, and disappointments. Working with Teri Coulson-Wilkes on my recent window replacement project was different. Really different! Teri was responsive from the first moment we made contact and all the way through our involvement. Her return e-mails were both prompt and useful. Some were obviously written at times and on days when one normally expects the average supplier to be on personal time. She knew how to leverage inside supplier contacts to get detailed technical answers quickly so the project was not delayed, even in today’s strong market when everyone is busy. At every moment she displayed a high level of respect for me as a client. As with all large and complex projects there were bumps. If an issue developed, she never hid from it. She faced problems head on. She was always upbeat. More important; she brought a high level of integrity to the table to work out a resolution so we could move forward. Teri was a partner to me on my project. I could not recommend anyone more highly for a window or door project.

Teri helped me with a glass window warranty issue that I had where other local distributors in my area wouldn’t take the time to help me. Teri does not service my area but was willing to help me obtain a special order for replacement glass. She was amazing through the whole process from ordering the new glass, to contacting the factory and proactively keeping me informed weekly until the order was ready to be picked up. She is truly an advocate for her customers and goes above and beyond. She is a “10” in my book. Thank you.

Teri Coulson and Window Designs of the Carolinas did an amazing job guiding us through the selection process for our new build home. With 50+ windows and 4 exterior doors, this was no small task. She provided us with several options at very competitive prices, and we are absolutely thrilled with the Windsor Doors and Windows we selected. But most important, the service we were provided was off the charts. We truly couldn't have hoped for a better customer experience from start to finish. Teri is always extremely thorough with her work. We completely trust her estimates and take offs on the window packages that we purchase for our homes. Since our homes are detailed with many specialty windows, it is so important to work with someone we can trust to do a great job and cover all of the bases.
