Terrible company, smooth talker, heavy smokers and the work is very unsatisfactory. I spent a lot of money on windows where the outside noise is louder now than it was with windows that came with the house. Ron Mertz will take the money and run. Once he gets your money he's gone. This is an awful company to do any kind of business with now or in the future, They will ignore all your phone calls. Heck, they even ignore calls from the Better Business Bureau. Professionalism none, work quality poor, ability to meet deadlines is not a consideration.

They got their money. After that, it all changed. No foam or insulation was installed around the window frames. More noise then ever. Numerous phone calls to get the issues corrected. Several of the windows would not lock completely. Two trips out to the house to use a blow dryer to *fix* the issue. Still not working correctly. Calls to the CEO only result in finger pointing and excuses. One of the windows was replaced, the other two are now bowing ( I wanted all of them corrected ). Additionally, a screen was broken. That was back in June/July. I have been trying for months to get the screen back. I was told that a new one was to be manufactured to replace the broken one. It is now December and I am still waiting. Several other issues but not enough space here to go into. Go elsewhere. Not worth the headache and the waste of your time.

While the windows themselves are wonderful, the installation, completion of the job (took more than 30 days to complete from start date of install) and the finger pointing with all the excuses WHY things were not done right made for a VERY bad experience. Emailed requesting the head of the company contacted me, no response. Sales person only pointed fingers at the owner stating he he would contact me. Can NOT get ahold of their HQ, NO phone numbers listed on their website, and when I did manage to get a POC at the Hq in Ohio from another one of their vendors in another Texas city who could see this was being done wrong, NEVER got to talk to anyone, only answering machine with no call back when msg left. I actually had to REVERSE the final payment on my credit card to get these people to complete the job. ONLY then did they do something other than empty promises to be out here to complete the work and do it right. Would NOT recommend!
