Our Window Craft team is committed to helping you find solutions that achieve real value and a hassle-free experience (now & in the years ahead) whether you are purchasing windows & doors for your new home or replacing your existing ones. Window Craft has been involved in the renovation & construction industry for more than 29 years--its owner, Grant Hick, having supervised his first renovation (and installed his first window) in 1978. Over the years his concern for quality workmanship, value, trust, and attention to detail have been the guiding principles for hundreds of successful projects & satisfied customers. The company’s philosophy has always been to treat customers, their homes and property with the same respect that we would want to receive. We have had Grant and his crew work on three projects over the past 20 years. Between 1998 to 2010 they replaced—one room at a time—all the 70's era windows and doors in our home in Abbotsford. In 2009 he provided and installed wood-frame windows and doors for a newly constructed house in the Gulf Islands. This past year—having moved from Abbotsford to the Chilliwack River—they replaced a houseful of old vinyl windows with beautiful wood-framed, fiberglass clad, replacements. Grant's quality of work is without par. The windows, casings, and returns are like fine furniture on the walls. I give Window Craft a five-star rating without reservations.

I have had Grant doing my window work for over 20 years. Renovations on my heritage home and now as I downsized to a granny home, he did all the new windows and doors. I'm ever so pleased with the results. Grant is a good communicator with good thoughts and ideas very professional and did quality work.

Grant Hick at Window Craft Sales Inc. in Abbotsford, BC, has been working with us over the last six years to gradually replace the windows in our home and has exceeded expectations every time. He has continued to impress us with the high quality of workmanship provided. In November 2016 he replaced another set of windows. Grant brings an artistic eye to what will ultimately be aesthetically as well as functionally pleasing. Suggestions he has made have worked well for us. He and those working with him treat our home with great care.

I would like to give a big “shout out” to our window & door supplier for over 6 years, Window Craft Sales Inc.! As a professional designer/builder for over 40 years, I have found the selection, purchase & installation of windows and doors to be one of the more challenging parts of the building process. Window Craft has been a pleasure to work with, providing us with products from a variety of manufacturers that match the physical, aesthetic & design requirements of our projects while offering my clients excellent value. Our sales rep., Grant Hick, almost always answers his phone first time we call and gets answers to our email inquiries often within as little as 2 hours. Both of which makes our work more productive and efficient.

I was delighted with the windows, the "above and beyond" service and the helpful advice that Grant gave us from beginning of the process, of searching for the ideal windows at the ideal price-point, to the installation process, and through to the follow-up service and advice. He fastened and properly insulated the panes (the old ones were not), and he even came over a few months later to clean a window that we were having trouble cleaning. With windows, you get what you pay for. I believe we got more than we paid for.
