Have you ever seen a piece of furniture and thought, "Hey, that would look great in my house…if only it were a little longer,” or, “if only it was made of a different type of wood,” or, “if only it were constructed better,” or, well, you get the picture. Custom woodworkers building custom furniture and other woodwork enable you, the consumer, to obtain exactly what you want in the way of furniture and cabinetry. It is the responsibility of the custom woodworker to account for that movement and design a piece of furniture that will either allow for that movement or minimize it through the use of custom made veneers laminated to stable, non-moving substrates.
