Magnolia Window and Door just finished a complete window replacement in our home. The did an amazing job and the new windows are beautiful. The crew was professional and friendly. Magnolia is going to do our siding next and I can say that I would recommend them to anyone remodeling their house. John King is very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of good suggestions. We're very satisfied.

Our sunroom addition is perfect. We chose a sunroom with a gabled roof and it is stunning. They did a terrific job. Everything was completed exactly when they said they would. I highly recommend them.

Was hired to do Window replacement for entire house. My overall experience was excellent. One of my standards for a contractor is does he/she do what they stay they will do and are they considerate of my time. Magnolia scored on both points. After meeting with the owner we received a quote that was considerably less than several others we received. He was very helpful with providing us with options to meet our needs. The measurements were taken within a few days of receiving the quote. The windows had to be ordered as they are custom built to fit the space of the old windows. Once they were completed, the installers scheduled a date for the installation. The arrived when they said they would and began the installation. They were courteous, professional and cleaned up each day upon leaving. The job took two and a half days. The job site was cleaned and no damage was done outside or inside. The windows look great. I would recommend Magnolia to anyone considering window replacements.

We had to replace windows of several sizes and locations, garage, decorative dormers, and dining room. the work was done when and how we agreed. They were on time and removed all debris and trash when they were finished. We will definitely call them when we replace other windows.

Had 22 windows replaced in my 75-year old house. Chris and his crew did a great job. No cost overages or problems. Arrived on time, cleaned up after job. Would recommend this company and may use them again for siding replacement in future.

If you are here, right now, reading this review: you know that you need siding. It’s undeniable now. After all these months and year: your house is getting colder in the winter, hotter in the summer and your utility bill keeps climbing. Come on – admit it. It HAS got to be done. Ok, perhaps that was more our process. And we really could not put it off any longer. Our siding and windows were 25+ years old, with our siding of low quality. In fact, our siding was so bad, it was falling off nails. We came to find out after our purchase that it had been recalled by the manufacturer. Yet we put it off. Until this year (October 2016) We found Magnolia Window & Door (I just say ‘Magnolia’ from now on) on Angie’s List and were impressed by the company’s high rating. So we called to find out: the ratings are real. The rating you see here: believe it. Magnolia earned our rating, and from our experience they deserve their high ratings. They’re good. John King was personable and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all our questions, including comparing his products to other competitors’ quotes. He even came out to our house multiple times before we finally purchased both windows and doors. With John’s help, we finally left denial and, several weeks later, found ourselves so happy in our newly remodeled, well-insulated, good-looking home. As for the installers? Amazing. This was our first time purchasing siding or windows. So if that is you: there were two different sets of installers, one for each installation of either siding or windows. The siding took one week to complete. The installers said they would be there “at sunrise” – and, every morning, there they were. Kind, respectful of our home and very professional. They were top notch. The windows only took one business day. Again, these installers were fantastic, just like the siding guys. What more can I say? Kind, respectful and professionals. I think it is important to mention that we have two, small dogs. And while we tried to keep them in and away from the construction as much as possible, all the installers were great with them (when they would inevitably sneak out!) I never had to worry about them, and that was a good feeling. All in all, we are very happy and feel confident that we made a good move working with Magnolia. The experience and knowledge of John King is apparent. When you combine him with the skill and craftsmanship of the installers: you have a winner. Our house is living proof. Bottom line: If you are looking for a trustworthy company with quality products and skilled craftsmen for your siding and windows. Look no further than Magnolia Window & Door. So don’t put it off. Replaced 11 windows. arrived on time, had planed their work and proceeded to work their plan. Arrived @ 9:00am and were finished @ 4:30pm total pros. left no, I repeat no mess inside or out.

We just had all 33 windows in our house replaced by Magnolia Window and Door Company and are very pleased. We waited a little longer than what we expected because we got white on the interior and beige on the exterior (both the windows and the grids) and it was well worth the wait. The dimension in the exterior of the window adds to the appearance of our home. Once the windows arrived installation was scheduled within the next week. The process was relatively simple and the pricing seemed fair. The installation crew was very hard working and efficient and completed the project in 3 days.

I requested bids for complete home window replacement from 3 well-respected companies. I chose Magnolia Windows because of their quick response, very reasonable prices and history of customer satisfaction. John took the time to explain the process, their warranties, and even gave me suggestions on how to keep costs down. I was grateful for his design suggestions, which helped me feel confident about my choices. Our beautiful new windows were installed on time and within budget. Because the windows are energy efficient, we will qualify for a tax credit this year. John also explained how to get a rebate on our window installation from TVA, and helped handle the paperwork for me. Every time I look at my new windows, I'm amazed what a difference they make in our home. I recommend John and Magnolia Window and Door without hesitation!
