Lifetime Windows and Siding

The quality of the windows themselves is adequate, and I cannot sing high enough praises of the team that came and installed our windows. They arrived and knocked the install out out in less than two hours. Dave, our sales rep, initially offered us a 24 month same as cash financing option. We expressed concerns about having new accounts added to our credit report and how that would effect our credit rating when we bought a new home in 3-6 months. At that point, Dave advised us to go with their 12 month option instead. He claimed that it wouldn't even appear on our credit report until after it had been paid off, at which point it would simply show up as a paid installment loan well after we had purchased our new home. This was exactly what we needed and we decided that, despite the higher price and somewhat lower quality window (compared to others of the same price), LifeTime's financing option added the most value for our situation. I was very skeptical about how this would work. Despite Dave's reassurance, we repeatedly reconfirmed this information with Krista in Finance on 3 other occasions. It all turned out to be too good to be true, and the installment loan appeared immediately on our credit. This was very misleading and Lifetime has refused to make this right. This is costing us an additional $6400 when we close our new home loan to get the same rate we previously qualified for.

Lifetime Windows and Siding was Awesome! I am an architect and I am very picky about the work that is done to my house. We had our gutters, fascia, soffit and windows all replaced by Lifetime and they did a fabulous job. They were very professional through the whole process from sales to install, and their pricing beat out other competitors. The install crews were very skilled, kind and respectful, and they always made sure everything was taken care of just the way I wanted it. I would highly recommend Lifetime Windows and Siding.

Absolutely professional experience from beginning to end. Thorough initial assessment and appraisal; seamless ordering process; surprisingly quick production turnaround and excellent installation. I've used other installers in the past but I will definitely stick with Lifetime for all of my other properties in the future.
