Twenty-six (26) windows and three (3) doors. We got casement, picture. pass-though & sliding windows, french doors and a sliding glass door with a doggie door built in and more. My understanding is that makes us a fairly large job. We were replacing the original 1979 installed windows, many of which no longer opened and you could feel the loss of heat/cool through the single pane glass. We worked primarily with Mason, but we also did meet Jason, the owner. At one point we were trying to decide between two different Anlin designs and we were at their office. The Anlin representative, who happened to be there sent us home with samples of each window to set up in our home and compare. As you might imagine with that many windows we shopped extensively. We looked at every type of material, multiple brands and installers. Mason was good about doing several recalculations for different materials and colors. In the end, we move forward with JWG with confidence. Our decision was made on reputation, warranty, and value. Our research showed us that Anlin was definitely a manufaturer we could count on and JWG was the best option. Our install took two days (I believe most take only one). The crew arrived moved the furniture, put down tarps and before we knew it, the old windows were out and the new ones were in. Then the finish work begins. Becasue we have wood framing around each window, they trim the vinyl carefully so that the window fits perfectly inside the frame. In the interior of the house they trimed up every window making it look fantastic. The crew was friendly and efficient. They were polite and clean. They communicated well with us during the job. As for timeline, we all know that supply chains are slower than normal for a variety of reasons. The timeline Mason quoted us was similar to all of the window companies. The timeline promised was exactly what we got. We wholeheartedly endorse JWG windows.

JWG Windows & Doors Inc. has high quality products, fair prices, and they stand behind their work. We had an issue with what we thought was our window, but turned out to be our roof. They came out immediately and worked on it. They were fast, eager to please, and rectified the problem. I would highly recommend hiring them for your next project. We are even using them again for our next window project.

I've used JWG Windows & Doors twice. I had patio doors replaced a few years ago and all of my windows replaced this year. Their work was good quality, professional, and a good value.

They were efficient with their service. They came out and measured the windows properly. Everything was installed on time and they were very neat and clean. They did a good job!

The price was good and they were there to answer my questions and address my concerns. There were only a couple glitches, a mechanical issue with the product, but they fixed it.
