From start to finish the process has been fairly seamless. We live in an older neighborhood and many houses need replacement roofs. When we had the opportunity to meet with John Boccia for the initial consultation, we were blown away by his presentation and genuine nature. We could really tell he was sincere and did everything that he could to help us get the best cost. Once we signed the contract, the installation team was calling to get us on the books and the team arrived on time to get started. The crew was quick but thorough and did a great job, even working in to the evening hours to ensure everything was done in one day. We did have some nails leftover throughout the yard and driveway but John scheduled for his team to come back and sweep the yard to ensure they got everything. They went out of their way to ensure that we were taken care of!

The team installed 18 replacement window for us. The team did an excellent job of making the new windows blend in with trim remaining after removal of old windows. Skillful caulking contributed to this. Two team members had to leave after lunch, but the remaining two members worked extremely hard and were able to finish the job about 6 PM. They did an excellent job of removing debris generated by tare out of old window. My wife and I are 100% pleased with the newly installed windows. Dan Israel

When they came out to measure, they anticipated all concerns a homeowner can imagine: swing-in, swing-out, swing both ways, hitting other fixtures or not, shower curb not sloping the right way. They were on time on their installation appointment and finished within the estimated time frame. They did my shower screen for a tub and they just did a shower enclosure. Thank you
