My name is Kathleen Ferris. I have had a lifelong passion for design, and I have been working in the design business since 1985. Over the years, I have done a wide variety of interior design work in a wide variety of environments, including some work with major retail stores. In 2002, I started Ferris' Custom Designs. I am very proud of the reputation this company has built here in Hampton Roads. My reputation is the result of a long term commitment to customer service and satisfaction. For over 12 years, Ferris' Custom Designs has been devoted to helping clients achieve their dreams, one room at a time. Customer satisfaction is our passion - our goal with each design is to find a look for a room that perfectly complements our customers' interests, lifestyles, and tastes. We start each job with an in-home consultation. We bring product samples to the home and do a color consultation as required to determine the best options for each space. No design is finished until the customer is satisfied.
