We had such a great experience with America’s Choice Windows! Price, quality, & service! Would recommend to anyone. We were referred to America’s Choice Windows by 3 separate families. We made the right choice too and are happy to enjoy our new beautiful windows for many years to come.

We have used America’s Choice Windows now on three homes! Always excellent service and installation teams. Amazing value and hope to use them again in the future.

It's been over 9 months that I paid for the windows and I still don't even have an installation date. I've tried several times and am not getting an answer. Very disappointed. Their rep, Stephanie said two months ago the windows are ready, but has blamed the weather since then. There have been many, many good weather days to do the install. Still no date. :(

On February 13, 2020, I had America's Choice Windows (Mr. Martin himself) come and inspected our home and determined which of his windows we needed. After signed the agreement and we gave him a 50% down payment of $6,500, with a timeline of just a few months. Several months passed and we made multiple calls to Mr. Martin and his employees with the same excuse of “the windows have been delayed and you will have to wait. Unfortunately, after six months of delays, and being promised a delivery date that America’s Choice Windows missed, I had no other option and cancelled the order. On July 3, 2020, I sent a certified letter cancelling the order and requesting a refund. We never received the refund or a response and were forced into small claims court where we received a default judgement in our favor.
