My gate’s chain broke and it would no longer open nor close. So I called ASAP Garage. Liz answered right away and told us someone could come by and take a look in a few hours. The technician they sent was fast in identifying all of the issues with the gate, and quoted us a very reasonable price. He replaced the chain for us and did some tune-ups too. Everything was done fast and I'm very happy with the work. Bonus points for being able to take the payment via credit card. I would definitely recommend this company for any issues with gates or garage doors – they’ll solve them fast!

Good communication, was able to squeeze me in last minute and did a WONDERFUL job. The door of our gate was knocking into the rest of the gate for months on end. Got so bad it stopped closing after a while. I contacted Gate Repair LA, set up an appointment, and now my gate has never worked better. They arrived right on time and took their time to do the job right. No surprises and no trying to push extra costs on me. I didn’t expect to be so impressed with both their service and their work. We've been meaning to update to our gates in the near future. When that time comes, we will definitely be calling them.

We had a very knowledgeable staff member lead us through the process of what we needed for a new gate. We wanted it bigger in order to fit our riding lawnmower through the gate door. The quote was a bit high (just under 1,000) but they were able to come out and get finish it within a couple days of the work being scheduled. Very solid construction with steel posts and door supports. Excellent craftsmanship. The neighbors even commented that when the time comes to replace the fencing between our properties that they would like to use ASAP Gate Repair after seeing their work on our gate.

ASAP Gate Repair couldn’t have left us happier with the service. We had two gate openers – a backup and the one that’s been installed for who knows how long. The old opener started to get more and more unreliable. Sometimes it wouldn’t even open or close at all. They installed the backup without an issue and quick too! I didn’t realize that the opener was causing so many problems until we had it replaced. The gate runs so much faster and don’t make nearly as much noise as they used to. And now we can open and close the gate with our phones! It’s already come in handy since I have a habit of forgetting my clicker. What a great experience!

After getting gates put in we needed someone to put in the motors. It was only until we called a few different companies that we realized how expensive that would be. One that we called came over, told us that our gate needed motors (as if we didn’t know that), and charged us $45. We found Gate Repair Los Angeles and the experience was the complete opposite! Reasonable prices, kind service and did a great job of listening to our questions. Five stars!

ASAP Gate Repair sent someone out the same day that I called so they could give me a quote. Got here on time, was polite, and knew exactly what they were doing. He worked with me to give me a quote on only the services I wanted (my gate was in worse condition than I realized) but never tried to pressure me into buying extra parts and service. Now that I knew what work I needed done, I called some other repair places. ASAP still had the best price of them all. Glad I ended up choosing them! Same guy came over to put in the new parts and did a wonderful job. Even disposed of the old parts when he was done and showed me everything I should know about the new gate components they put in. Wonderful experience and absolutely recommended.
