Homestead Fence delivery personnel will not pull into customer's driveways as it is easier to offload trash enclosures from our work trucks at the curb, typically where the trash enclosures are placed. Although, this is our normal practice, a supervisor was sent to the Spray Beach property immediately- same morning - after we received the "client's" phone complaint. The Trash enclosure was delivered two weeks prior to "Client's" phone call to us. Upon arrival, supervisor noted multiple sets of different looking size and types of tire marks on the block pavers including bicycle type tire marks. HFC's owner's phone calls went unanswered. One day after the complaint call was received and supervisor report was discussed, the HFC owner visited the property and also noted multiple different looking types of tire marks and not a distinguished set of work truck tire marks. During supervisor's investigation delivery person was interviewed. Delivery person stated " it was a 2 can T/E with a floor which was a light, quick easy offload from the curb. As directed, T/E was placed on the "right side at the property line" close to the curb. If in fact our driver created any sort of damage to a customer's property, we would acknowledge incident and correct to the best of our ability. However, after investigating and viewing the multiple pictures taken, it seems there are multiple "others" who have created the "client's" current paver situation. Unfortunately, Homestead Fence Co. seems to be the largest target. Homestead Fence Co. is a reputable company with 40 years of experience in fence installation and deliveries with many satisfied customers, we may not have pleased everyone 100% in the 40 year history however we have, and do attempt to resolve all reasonable issues to everyone's satisfaction. We have multiple pictures of the "tire marks" which we deny were created by our truck however due to the "client's" right to privacy we have chosen not to produce them for this complaint response.
