Move-tastic!

We are highly disappointed with Move-tastic. The truck wasn't big enough for the move, despite the phone rep and the main mover confirming that the inventory was accurate. We had to make 3 more trips with our car and a friend's car to finish moving the boxes and furniture that wouldn't fit. The boxes were left in incorrect rooms despite being labeled. And while the three guys that moved everything were very nice, toward the end of the job, they all seemed like they were just rushing through the unloading, scratching our brand new painted walls and damaging our furniture (a few chips and scratches). We were also told that they would be calling us yesterday to resolve a few issues (especially with our missing dining room table top and a painting from our wedding which was left on the truck), but never received a phone call. Would not recommend.

These guys are the best! Very professional and always able to complete the job on time. From the driver to the dispatch team I never had a bad experience.

Move-tastic is, without question, the finest moving company I have ever used. I have used them twice, in 2014 and 2015, and I will use them for every subsequent move my family undertakes. The company is more like a customer service department that also does moves. The booking process was painless and the movers were conscientious and very friendly. I have referred Move-tastic to several friends for residential, business, and specialty moves. I have yet to receive anything other than positive feedback.

The 3-man crew arrived on time, worked very efficiently and got me moved in 4.5 hrs, including travel time and waiting at the loading dock at my new building for more than an hour for the elevator. They were also very reasonably priced. As a Realtor, I now recommend Move-tastic to all of my clients and would never use anyone else for a local move myself.
