Your Way Flooring is a family-owned and operated flooring company based in Minneapolis. Your Way is fully licensed and bonded and is a member of the Camden Business Association. Nicola Caprini is Your Way’s lead installer. He was born and raised in Italy where he learned the building trades by working in his father’s construction company. While there, he discovered a passion for creating lasting and beautiful environments in which people can live and work. After immigrating to the United States, Nicola met and married Kimberly. Kimberly is Your Way’s business manager and a lifelong resident of North Minneapolis. It is there that the couple made their home and founded Your Way Flooring. Nicola and Kimberly love being small business owners- in no small part because of the satisfaction they receive from ensuring that every customer receives the workmanship and quality products they would be proud to have in their own home. The couple is committed to their customers, their craft, and their community.
