Victor Furniture

We recently built a house. Victor furniture and flooring was the the design center that collaborated with our builder. They were responsible for tile in our bathroom as well. My husband and I went in and picked out our flooring and tile. We had no problem deciding what we wanted. I had already pretty much pictured what I wanted weeks in advance. Let me also mention this was all being done long distance. We only came in town to pick out everything for our interior. I was sending pictures of what I wanted in our master bathroom shower long distance. I don’t think I could have been more clear. WELL. The master bath tile was finally being installed and I was excited. Until I was sent a picture. They screwed up the accent tile on the shower wall. It was supposed to run across the wall surrounding the shower through the soap niche. Instead they accented the niche but put the surrounding accent tile above the niche instead of through it. After pointing out they made that mistake. It took weeks for the person I was working with to get back to us. Once they did, she claimed it would cost an extra $1,000 to fix the mistake SHE made. I was livid. That when I said forget it! I’ll just deal with what’s there! This was so unprofessional the way this was handled. I would never do business with this company again.
