*Authorized Dealer of Shaw Floors* Vic's Carpet & Flooring is a family owned business located in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. Our 7000sf showroom has one of the largest selections of floor coverings in the area. Vic Raasch started the company in 1967 when he opened his first flooring showroom in a small building in downtown Oconomowoc. Vic had spent a number of years installing flooring with his two older brothers before he decided to open up his own business and control his own destiny. As the business continued to grow over the years so did the product offerings and size of the showroom. Kevin Raasch (Vic's son) officially joined the family business in 2001 after graduating college. Vic's Carpet & Flooring has been in its current location since 2006. The 7000sf showroom and 5000sf of warehouse provide plenty of space to meet the needs of today's customers.

Great experience! The showroom is beautiful and Michelle listened to my needs and found the perfect carpet for us. Kevin was very professional and great to work with. The installers did a wonderful job and were very precise lining up the patterned carpet on our curved staircase. They were on time and very clean.

The entire process was excellent from the time we walked into the store to the time the installers finished. Jennifer was extremely helpful in suggesting product lines and discussing colors, textures, etc. She really knows her stuff and what works in certain rooms. Kevin did the measuring and scheduled the installation of our flooring to meet our schedule. The installers Ray and Elliot did a great job with attention given to every little detail. We are glad we purchased local and not from a big box chain.

helpful service in their extensive, well laid out showroom. came out to actually see the project awesome installer we were very apprehensive about replacing kitchen floor, but end result is beautiful and totally worth the cost and inconvenience everyone was friendly, respectful and on time

Vic's was wonderful to work with! They were very helpful in selecting a beautiful carpet while allowing us to remain with in a budget & still receive a quality product! The installation was an absolute breeze & the installers knew exactly what they were doing & finished in less time than they originally projected! Plus, cleaned up on the way out! We could not be happier! If you are in the market for new flooring... We highly recommend them! We have used them twice already & will definitely be back!
