We are extremely sorry that you are disappointed with us. Please note that we strive to offer the best customer service and have been awarded for such service time and time again.

Unfortunately, production time frames are often out of our control. Sometimes, custom rugs take a little longer to make, especially in your case, as we agreed to make a small version first to ensure that the colors were absolutely perfect for you prior to going forward with the final product (this added approximately one month to the production time). However, I agree the communication should have been better and our staff should have reached out to you periodically to give you status updates. When you contacted us to voice your frustration, I requested the salesperson, rug artist, and our store manager get in contact with you every few days to keep you updated on when the rug would arrive.

That being said, I have seen pictures of the rug in your home and it looks absolutely stunning and this one of a kind work of art was certainly worth the wait! Again, we are sorry it took as long as it did. I hope, in the end, we were able to turn lemons into lemonade. Thank you again for your understanding.
