A wide assortment of carpets, runners and area rugs are on display as well. The on-site warehouse enables Ramtown Carpet One to offer immediate delivery on in-stock carpets. Hunter Douglas window treatments are available to complete the look and comfort of your home or office. I hate choosing and buying flooring but Pam at Ramtown was great to work with and allowed me to borrow samples so that I was sure of the product and asked a lot of great questions to make sure that I had the right product.. We were also installing radiant heat and she worked directly with Warmup to make sure that we had the correct configuration. Working with Nancy and Tommy, she made sure that everything was scheduled correctly and that we had a beautiful finished product. I called the office one night at 9:30, expecting to leave a vmail, when the phone was picked up by the owner who insisted on answering my question immediately. Exceptional customer service. I will only buy from Ramtown going forward.

First of all walking into the showroom your are greeted in the most friendly and courteous manner. There is no high pressure sales there. The staff are extremely professional and are are very knowledgeable about thier products. Any questions you have they will answer. I wanted to start off by saying when I walked into your showroom Ms. Nancy Raffele greeted me with professionalism as well as friendliness. Nancy alone handled multiple customers all with the same amount of individual time. When she was taking care of myself and my daughter she took her time gathering information about the job we were discussing and went over thoroughly all of our options for the different types of flooring available as well as what would work best in our situation. We were also looking for a quick installation date this prior to and close to Thanksgiving and they meet that. The job was done in one day and was done professionally. My granddaughter's room came out beautiful! Thank you Ramtown Carpet One. I would highly recommend your company to anyone.

Great team at the shop and great crew to install! We had tile and flooring installed. Nancy and Tommy made personal visits to the house while installation occurred. The best part was how easy they were to work with during the entire process and very service oriented. You can't get that from a Home Depot or Lowes and the price was better too! We are repeat customers and highly recommend Ramtown Carpet One for our next job and to our neighbors! Thanks and job well done!

I had recently moved into my new home and the area rug from my other house looked very worn next to my new furniture. I like to support local business and happened to drive by Ramtown Carpet One. I walked in and was greeted by Nancy and Pam, the sales people. The atmosphere is warm and friendly (not pushy). I looked around and went back to them with my questions. They gave me samples to take home and answered all of my questions (stain resistance was a priority). I returned the samples and placed my order. The carpet was delivered and my old carpet and pad were removed. I wanted to vacuum before the new carpet and pad were put down, but the installers insisted on vacuuming for me, a very pleasant surprise. The gentlemen were courteous and very helpful. Great job! I am one very happy customer.

I was in the market for hardwood and vinyl flooring, I looked extensively online and at numerous flooring retailers without much luck. I decided to visit Ramtown Floors and was extremely pleased by the selection and the professional staff. They helped me choose the perfect hardwood with a vinyl that matched beautifully all at a reasonable price which was under budget. The entire staff was pleasant, caring and very patient especially after repeated visits and endless questions. I wholeheartedly recommend Ramtown Floors. You won't be disappointed!!

We've used Ramtown Carpet One for all of our flooring needs over the past several years and have never been disappointed! They've replaced the carpeting in our family room and both of our daughters' bedrooms, installed hardwood in our foyer, living room, dining room and 2 of our bedrooms. In addition, they came to our rescue when we had issues with a previous contractor and they came in and replaced the hardwood on our staircase and installed a beautiful runner all in time for the holidays! Nancy and Pam are always friendly and professional and have always given us beautiful decorating ideas and worked within our budget. Installation has always taken place as scheduled, sometimes even ahead of schedule which is always nice and the installers have always been neat and professional. I've recommended Ramtown Carpet One to many friends through the years and will continue to do so in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone who is interesting in replacing/updating their floors. You won't be disappointed!

A friend recommended that I go to Ramtown when I bought my house. I needed new carpet on my staircase and in the upstairs bedrooms and hallway. I also wanted a custom area rug to cover the wood floor in the master bedroom. Nancy and Pam recommended great options for both areas and we are so happy with the look and performance of what we chose. They do not work on commission so everyone in the showroom including Cindy is always willing to help anyone who walks in and there is no high pressure like other stores we went to. Even better the prices were really great. The installers were professional and the customer service manager Tommy, followed up to make sure we were happy and that all went well. We have other rooms to do in this big house and so when we need wood, tile or carpet we will definitely go to Ramtown. In fact my sister in law is getting her floors from them now too.
