I was very unhappy with the sales associate. She was unprofessional and caused excess drama. I would go back and buy more things from there but would never use the associate again and frankly I avoid her. The installer was wonderful!

Outstanding service. When there was a problem with tile installation they immediately redid it with different tile. A seam appeared a couple of months after installation of carpet and they decided to replace all the carpet with a new installation since dye lots couldn't be matched. They bent over backwards to ensure it was right.

We hired Jacobi’s Carpet One to replace all of our first floor flooring, replace our first floor window coverings and replace our kitchen backsplash. We recarpeted our family room, den and one bedroom. We put a new kind of vinyl that looks like wood on our kitchen, hallway, dining room, and bathroom floors. We were very pleased with Jacobi’s service. They helped us pick out everything, measured everything immediately and completed the project when they said they would. Their staff was very easy to work with and friendly.

Karen at Jacobi's was great to work with. She came onsite to help with measuring for our Invincible LVT. Since we wanted to install ourselves, Jacobi's also put us in contact with an experienced installer for advice. Karen kept us informed of our order status until it arrived.
