Innovative Flooring

They sanded floors too thin, and didn't finish them right! Scratched up and cracking. Under refrigerator not done so you can see old vs. new. Really overpaid for a really bad job.

Aaron improperly installed tile in my ONLY FULL BATHROOM WITH A TUB, left gaps in between tile that didn't have to be cut around shower shelves, grout lines were obviously uneven, and he left bulging of pipes, he NEVER could coordinate his return when his BROTHER IN LAW the drywaller would be there, so the drywall and painting wasn't done in order and he thought TAPING IT would be OK? We demanded the tile be re-tiled,..and he was none to happy! BUT HE NEVER PAID FOR THE ADDITIONAL SUPPLIES! He sent his employee over to demolition the shoddy job, and the guy asked who did the crappy work?? At the time we laughed,..but we were already thousands into this debacle!! I spent thousands on my material and his employee DESTROYED MY CERAMIC SHELVES AND SOAP HOLDERS! But what was worse was he replaced them with ones that don't even match! He didn't cover the tub and its scratched and cut,...and he left everything he touched or was finished with right were he dropped it! He replaced the wood flooring in my kitchen and instead of replacing or keeping my wood trim around the borders,...he made me pay outside the price for white saying that he would paint them and never returned to do so. He didn't reconnect or secure the room dividers and they have hurt Myself, My husband and my small children. He didn't tack down or reconnect the carpet at the stairs and It caused me to fall more than once. The original installation of the kitchen was of brand new pergo flooring and he didn't quality check the flooring before the install. Immediately I noticed and told him that one of the boards was chipped,...and he said, don't worry he could fix it,...and that didn't happen. Before purchasing The $1500 worth of flooring,...I asked him what else I needed,...he said he would pick it up and charge me if he needed anything else for the installation. When I saw there was pad under the laminate,..I asked him If the new install required it for the warranty or professionally did he recommend it,...he said, NO,...it wasn't necessary and he wouldn't spend the money if he were installing this tile in his house. But this tile isn't 2 years old and is buckling and needs to be replaced ALL OVER!! Every flooring person that has seen it in the last 21 months has cringed at the advice he gave and offered to report him to the state if I didn't want to. At the time, I thought he would just make me whole with all the money of ours he had wasted. To date,...that has not happened. He had no problem sharing about his vehicles and vacations,....but when it came down to keeping his word, and professionalism, and integrity,...Aaron had NOTHING TO INSTALL.
