My wife and used Chris at Hillcountry flooring to do a remodel in our house and it was the worst experience of our life. He came into our house and promised us a remodel in a timely manner, and from day one there were problems. His crew would not show up for days on end and when they did show they never had a project manage. They did not cover our furniture and ruined our expensive couch, bed and chairs. They left chicken bones and food scraps all over the house, causing a pest infestation. We found beer cans constantly, which explains the crooked flooring they installed, the bad framing and the incorrect trim. He will constantly ask you for large sums of money upfront because he has none. He does not pay his subs. I know this because I tracked them down and talked to them and they said they have not been showing up because Chris had not paid them for weeks for multiple jobs. He will continually lie to you and try to project blame and will take no accountability for his actions. If you want to see other reviews like this, just scroll down or go to yelp and check it out. After six months, we had to fire him from the job and find a contractor to rip out almost everything he had done to fix the house. I beg you to read this and not make the same mistake I did and use this man. HE WILL RUIN YOUR HOME.

Chris was amazing to work with. After my first consultation with Chris, I knew I didn't need to work with anyone else. His knowledge about the carpet style and function was just what I needed. He was flexible and was able to quickly order and set an installation date once we chose the carpet. I would highly recommend working with Chris and his team.

Chris and his crew did a great job replacing our floors. Chris always responded quickly and stayed focused on the job from start to finish. He is very knowledgeable about the floor trade and helped us design a perfect floor. He was able to finish our project within just a few days which was terrific.
