Felt.

I bought a delightful rug from Felt which now graces my reception room. Tim was first rate - he responded quickly to my mails; was insightful in terms of his recommendations; briefed me about Felt and its work in a most imaginative manner; and helped me make sense of my rather confusing brief and initial choice. When I eventually made a choice, he understood better than me why I had chosen the particular rug. I don't usually enjoy buying stuff, but I can honestly say I enjoyed the whole experience. And I will happily return and recommend Felt to family and friends.

I recently purchased, on behalf of a client, two felt rugs which had been viewed in the showroom.
