Distinctive Floors has been in existence for some 7 years and came into being as a result of Distinctive Floors Ltd. expanding from commercial and adding the residential side of flooring. Distinctive Floors Ltd. functioned primarily commercially until July 2010 when they moved from 50th Ave SW to the current location in order to set up their residential showroom. After managing the residential side of the business, we (Guy & Nola Fawcett) purchased the company and now function as Distinctive Floors Ltd. since last April. I bring 17+ yrs. experience in the flooring industry and Nola brings 5+ yrs. experience in window coverings. We have a well trained, courteous and service oriented team that are here to serve our clients needs. Kierra (customer service/reception) and Brenton (Business Development) round out our in store team. Distinctive Floors offers a full line of flooring with brand names such as Shaw, Tuftex, Mohawk, Catalina Homes, Godfrey Hirst, Bentley, Kentwood, DuChateau, Applachian, Beaulieu, Dansk, Mount Royal & Magna, Tierra Sol, Centura, Solistone, Stone Tile, Ames, Universal, Olympia, Primco, Shnier and more. We also carry one of Calgary’s best selections of area rugs. Nola handles our selection of full line window covering products.
