A H Peck were brilliant to deal with from start to finish. The best thing (apart from their attention to detail, their courteous teams, the care they took moving our furniture, their turning up exactly when they said they would, their decent pricing, and just the all-round fantastic job they did resurrecting our filthy, stained clapped-out floorboards...) is that they just love wood and working with it. That is what sets them apart. Ours was not the biggest job to say the least, yet they still took the utmost care over it. A class act.

Corey & team at AH Peck refurbished the flooring in my entire house, including laying new floors in a ground floor extension. The floors were over 6 levels of varying age & condition wood. The team did an amazing job of refurbishing old floors and laying new floors to give a consistent finish and colour through the 6 levels. As part of our home renovations, we wanted to fit wooden floors throughout our home and visited a number of different flooring companies - AH Peck stood out against the competition for a variety of reasons but the most important one was their excellent focus on the client and taking the care and time to understand what was needed and outlining the best way they can help. We were extremely impressed and well looked after by Emi, who from the start of the process supported us patiently with our decision making process. She was super helpful, insightful and had lots of ideas too, which we took on board - who knew there were so many shades of the same colour! Corey, who owns the company was also excellent - we felt supported throughout and his team did amazing work and were always polite, professional and worked to find the best solutions in what was a very challenging set up when in the middle of a building site!! He was super considerate and flexible to work within our timescales / project changes too. Their typical projects i believe are much, much bigger and even though ours was on a smaller scale, we felt we still got the best client service throughout and benefit from his vast experience working in the industry for so long! Our family bought a house in Surrey and we had a strong recommendation from a close friend to contact A.H Peck Flooring, as he was delighted with his new floor. Great attention to detail was employed with regards to the measuring, choice of wood and long term maintenance of the flooring. We had several consultations with Corey (owner of the company), before work even commenced. Corey said he approached each client’s home/business as though it was his own: with great care, enthusiasm and excitement about the final result. Mid project we were present with a huge obstacle when we discovered that our new home had leaking central heating pipes from when the previous owners laid a substandard laminate floor. We saw evidence of nails puncturing pipe work and cracked outside drainage on top! Corey and his team were like an anchor in stormy waters, helping us navigate our way through the fog and choppy waters. A.H. Peck flooring were able to take over and after we stripped the floor back removing the rotten plywood and disguising laminate , they lay a concrete screed and DPM membrane so that our lovely new wooden floors would not be compromised and therefore protected long term. We now have the most beautiful home with wood that is the perfect colour tone and shows the stunning wood grain . Corey and his team took great time and attention to reach the right shade with the preparation of the Merbau wood with the oil ratio and varnish. We can not praise this company enough as their expertise in wood flooring is exceptional and their team is courteous, tidy and they always find a solution to problems. We have been given help too with other mini projects in the home - for example wider skirting boards and boxing of the new central heating pipes, all work carried out by this flooring company.
