Specializing in replacement windows, Vinyl Siding, Roofing, Gutters, Gutter Covers, Bathroom and Basement Remodeling, Commercial Roofing and Insurance damage from wind and hail. If you live in the Cleveland, Akron, Canton, Portage or Medina markets we want to give you your next roofing estimate, siding estimate, gutter estimate, and storm damage inspection. The third estimate is a very good company, they do great work, they did the siding on my house and my garage. It was quick and neat the team of workers were outstanding and clean, the project manager Teresa and the salesman Thomas both were outstanding and very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The windows are great and the two men that came were very nice, mike really knew what he was doing and did an excellent job and cleaned everything up when done , I would and will recommend this company. All people involved did excellent job . Thanks

My home was damaged by Hurricane Irene and I was contacted by The Third Estimate. After speaking with the nice gentleman, doing a little research on them, I decided to hire them for roofing and new siding. The men who came to my home each day were very polite and never slacked off. The end results were very impressive. I will definately recommend The Third Estimate to anyone who has hail damage, roofing and/or siding. The reason I did not give 5 stars is because I had to pick up a ton of nails from the yard.
