Top notch company to work with! David Tucker (field rep for Roof Medic) was extremely easy to work with and walked me through every single step. (1) He called the insurance company with me to file the initial claim. (2) He met with the insurance adjuster at my home to make sure my claim was justified and documented. (3) He recognized that I wasn't being properly compensated for a copper roof above my bay window and filed a supplemental claim. (4) He stopped by multiple times before, during, and after the project was complete to ensure the install team did a great job and that I was completely satisfied. David was in constant communication via numerous phone calls, emails, and text messages and I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process. I cannot recommend David and the Roof Medic team enough! You will not be disappointed in this world-class business.

Our representative, David Tucker, the RoofMedic foremen, and the entire crew were incredibly personable, professional, and tidy! They removed our previous roof, and replaced everything with the highest quality materials: ice/water shielding on every seam, underlayment (doubled on low-pitch areas) and Landmark Pro Class 3 architectual shingles which gives us a significant discount on our homeowners insurance (Liberty). We recommended RoofMedic highly!

The Rood Medic, Michael Torres, and the entire crew were great to work with. Michael was with me every step of the way, including coordinating with my insurance company. For a single, 66-year-old woman caring for a disabled sister, all of that help meant so much. They worked hard during the hottest part of the year, kept me informed of the progress, even cleaned up well when all was done. I wholeheartedly recommend The Roof Medic.

Roof Medic is awesome. We've used them 3 times now. New roof for the overall house in May 2020. New roof for sunroom addition in Oct 2021. And, this week (9/28/2022) for a new garage flat roof for a roof top deck. Each time working with them has been nothing short of perfection. Quality of work, professionalism, customer service, excellent communication. Representative Josh who has worked with us each time has been fantastic. Great experience; worth every penny. Due to hail damage Roof Medic replaced my roof, gutters and skylights. I am a very picky person with high expectations! Roof Medic exceeded all of my expectations. I thought my roof looked nice before, but there is no comparison between the old and new roof. Their workmanship was excellent, especially around my skylights and fireplace. Just beautiful. The crew was polite and professional. The PM Dave Montroy kept me informed and kept the project on time. Other roofers had very limited shingle supplies due to the pandemic supply chain issues. Not only did Roof Medic have a much better and wider selection, but Dave went out of his was to secure the shingles I wanted. I was dreading having the roof replaced but it turned out to be truly a delightful experience! I highly recommend Roof Medic!
