Very disappointed with this company. I had my roof replaced in October with the assumption they were a reputable company. I placed my home on the market and during the month of April had a contract and proceeded with inspections. I NEVER DREAMED MY HOME WOULD NOT PASS THE ROOFING INSPECTION THREE TIMES!! The initial inspection did not pass and then the inspection with the roofing expert failed. We contacted Stephens roofing. They sent Mathew who did his inspection and said he did not know what happened but it definitely would not pass inspection and he would go back to office and write the report. We contacted Gloria the next day and she said they would not do anything but eventually sent Richard for another inspection in a couple of days. (We had only a week until closing). Richard showed up 2 days later and said they would make the roof right. Sent the repairman and said they made corrections. The buyer then preformed second inspection. THE SECOND INSPECTION TURNED OUT TO BE WORSE THAN THE FIRST! We sent pictures and contacted Stephens roofing but no one has returned calls or emails. We were to close in 2 days but looks as though we will paying to have roof redone and then pursuing Stephens roofing.

We had some pretty bad hail damage from the big storm last year. We had several roofing companies present estimates. We selected Erica Torrez presentation. She was the most thorough in her inclusion of detail. She spent the most time documenting all the repairs that were required and gave us a very reasonable price - extremely competitive. The results came out very professional. Erica has been with Stephens quite a while and really knows the business. She got Stephens Roofing complete an excellent installation in just one day's time! She had her inspector department come out the next week and review the complete new roof for fitness, fix and to see how well the roof presented. They were very thorough with high quality work! This company really knows their business and are expert at the endeavor. I'm very happy with my new roof! Thank you for a wonderful service, Erica at Stephens Roofing! by John Donahue

We shopped around to have a roof installed at our house. We were interested in seeing prior roofing work done by the company. Stephens Roofing provided addresses and contact information (of prior work.) were impressed by work done and recommendations. Needless to say we hired them and are very pleased with their professionalism, quality of work and timeliness. Will recommend to anyone in need of a new roof!

We had some hail damage on the roof when they came to fix it. They were very timely on this repair and stayed late to finish the job. There was wood that was damaged that they advised us it was also in need of repairs. I was very happy with the job they did.

Probably overpriced but the roof job was a good one and the crew worked hard. They need to pay attention to small details such as explainiung extra costs or relating when they will start work in the mornings. At least they are here in San Antono and not some fly-by-night company.

I live here in San Antonio and after the hail storms I needed a roof put on. I was hesitant to do it right away because of everything I've heard about scammers from out of town. Stephens Roofing completely put my mind at ease. The communication was great! The job was phenomenal and clean. My sales rep was informative even the gentleman the sent after the job was done to inspect my roof was a great guy. Thanks Stephens Roofing you've earned a life long customer!!!!!

Replaced my roof and put new siding on house, painted new siding and trim.. Was very satisfied with job completion. My only problem with them was that they did not include my attached patio cover in the job saying it was not a part of my house, my fault for not asking more questions instead of assuming.

So far they are prompt with communication,professional & courteous. Just calling back&setting up an appointment with some businesses is a challenge but stephens acts like they want&care about your business.
