Al Springer raised his grandson, Sean Lilly in the family business, imparting to him all of his knowledge and experience. Sean Lilly started with Al Springer Roofing in 1985 after graduating from high school. He started working in the field and office learning the ins and outs of the business. He found a complex and exciting work place with family history that engulfed him his passion for the business. Rising up the steps within the company he realized this was the career he was going to excel in. He believed in the quality of Workmanship and Business Ethics.
