MSCR Construction and Roofing

MSCR gives free inspections to homeowners to see if their roof/siding has storm damage (hail/wind). If they do and it’s enough damage to file a claim, the homeowner will have to sign some authorization forms and we will then use our Public Adjuster, who has partnered up with our company, to submit the claim for the homeowner, study the policy, and negotiate with the claims department on why they should have to cover and pay for their new roof/siding. Homeowner’s Responsibility: The only responsibility the homeowner has is to pay their deductible once we get them FULLY approved for their roof/siding. THAT’S IT!!! The insurance company is not even allowed to contact and talk to the homeowner throughout the process. That is what having a Public Adjuster is for.
