Tell us about your roofing needs and we’ll make sure to find a good solution that fits your budget and that is convenient for your home. We specialize in repairing and giving maintenance to different roofing systems such as tile, shingles, flat and metal roofs. All jobs are backed up with a warranty and we honor it. Anything that has to do with your roof, we can do it! These times are hard and we understand, ask us about what discounts we can offer in your area. We currently service all south Florida and provide free estimates. Fransisco did a great job! He was at my house the same day I called, took a look at the roof and let me know what I needed to fix. This was a Saturday. Monday he was back with the materials and took care of the issue. I highly recommend him!

Excellent hard-working and trustful company. The guy is really nice and his prices are fair. They also rectified my prior job at not additional cost. The job was done in time. In the jungle of Miami is really hard to fin honest ppl that usually u have to pay upfront just to turn into an abandonment ship leaving half job done unfortunately. I am glad this company avoided me that type of drama.

Francisco gave me a great price for my roof leak. Other roofers wanted double for the same job. Francisco came by on a Friday to evaluate my roof. He explained to me what he needed to do to make the repair and answered all my questions. Then he made the repair on a Tuesday. He also cleaned some of my gutters and pressure washed my roof. Francisco was the best person I’ve had work on my home. 1) He gave a great price. 2) He timely completed the work. 3) He did a great job explaining to me the work he had to do to repair the leak. I will definitely call him again if I have any other work that needs to be done with my roof or gutters.

Francisco did an excellent job on two relatively small projects. The first was to repair some water damaged fascia and surrounding area. Everything looked like new when he was done. The second project was to remove an old trellis. Francisco went above and beyond by trimming the tree and hauling that debris away as well. Great communication, prompt and punctual, and fairly priced. I would definitely use Francisco for roofing and construction related projects in the future. Thank you!

I engaged Francisco to fix a leaking roof. He responded to my initial inquiry in a timely fashion, showed up early to our initial in person consultation, offered fair pricing, and was friendly. He offered a 1 year warranty on the job which I wound up using, I called him a week or after the initial repair during the next heavy rainfall, when I realized the roof was still leaking. He honored his commitment and repaired a second section of roof which was ultimately determined to be the cause of the leak, this was done at no extra charge. In summary he did what he said he’d do in a timely manner at a fair price. I’d use him again but hope to not have to, thank you for a job well done .

FANTASTIC JOB! So happy with Masis Roofing. I had two roof leaks! I hired a different company to get it fixed. They left a mess and very poor work. My roof started leaking again. I then contacted Masis Roofing and he did an outstanding job!! It’s been two years and it hasn’t leaked once. So so happy!!
