Because of this certification we can offer home owners the GAF GOLDEN PLEDGE WARRANTY. This is a 50 year warranty that is transferable. For our commercial customers, we are GAF certified as a CERTIFIED MAINTENANCE PROFESSIONAL (CMP). This certification allows us to offer one of the best warranties in the field of roofing.
