Our services range from reactive or planned repairs and preventative measures through to complete new roofs. We have experienced qualified staff who can offer the highest standards of roofing on both flat, felt or asphalt roofs, as well as pitched tile or slate roofs. We can also offer all types of general building work, plumbing, electrical, plastering as well as painting and decorating. We are also able to erect our own scaffolds with netting and alarms if required. GRC Maintenance is a family run business specializing in roofing and general property maintenance in the South East of England since 1999. In 2002 the company became incorporated as a Limited Company. In the 10 years we have been established we have strived to build our reputation for quality service. We use fully trained operatives and the highest quality materials to ensure we deliver the highest possible standards to our clients. We provide comprehensive, professional and reliable maintenance support to many Local Authorities and Housing Associations. We provide a comprehensive roofing and maintenance service to include call outs on many Schools, Police buildings and Civic properties including 24 hour emergency call outs and dangerous structure assistance. In addition we have many corporate clients and also offer the same serices to the general public on a job by job basis. We are a listed Constructionline company - the UK register of pre-qualified construction services. We are also fully CHAS approved, meaning that we have received full certification and approval from the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme. To be CHAS approved requires the highest health and safety standards and policies, and ensures we maintain these high standards.
