Fulsaas Exteriors was founded in 2017 by Ryan Fulsaas, with support from his family. He had one goal in mind — becoming the best home exterior improvement contractor in the Southern Metro. He, like most, is also a homeowner and he understands the frustrations that come along with home improvement projects and contractors. Fulsaas Exteriors was born — giving homeowners peace of mind when reinvesting in their homes. In the first year of business Fulsaas Exteriors helped 125 homeowners in the Twin Cities metro area with their roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and door projects. This was possible with the help of 10 different labor crews and a sales team. In 2018, Fulsaas Exteriors NC partnership was created. Chris Citurs and Ryan are co-owners in this company focusing on providing roofing and siding service to a National Builder and other National Restoration companies in the Twin Cities Metro and nationwide. August 2018, Chris traveled to Virigina to oversee a large town home roofing project completed for a client. Chris was a project manager hired by Fulsaas Exteriors prior to becoming a co-owner of Fulsaas Exteriors NC. Chris has several years of sales, management, and business knowledge. This helps fuel his success and foster great relationships with crews, builders, and homeowners. His attention to detail is noticed by homeowners on home remodel projects and trade partners. His business management and analysis and Ryan’s construction background make for an incredible team. Between the two of them they will create, complete, and meet all expectations of any homeowner or builder they are working for. Fulsaas Exteriors plans to continue to support families with their insurance claims needs and remodeling updates. While also continuing to provide exceptional labor and service to the National Builder by installing roofing and siding on new construction sites around the Twin Cities Metro, neighboring states, and nationwide.
