Deandre Roofing came in with a professional proposal of what it would be like to work with them and they were exactly what they said they would be. Not a single surprise or disappointment. Jack the lead project coordinator, was excellent. He used detailed designs and plans to illustrate his points which was a nice touch. He offered a lot of options and if I wished, they would install any shingle I wanted if I found something on my own. They gave great advice about aesthetics along the way which was a big help as I don't have an eye for these things. Communication was quick and to the point, and at no time was Jack was pushy. I did my homework and took my time. They were ready when I was. I was able to get an install scheduled after I signed. Jack and his team of installers contacted me with updates and information prior to and during the job. The installation crew was friendly and worked hard. They set up plywood protection around my landscaping and wrapped the house in blue tarps to protect the house from potential damages from falling debris. They delivered the materials on time and did the entire job the next utilizing a fair number of people to get it done in time. You would never know they had been there except for the beautiful roof they left behind. After the install a quality control person came out to double check the install and run a magnate over the lawn again in case any nails were missed. Thank you Deandre Roofing!!

I recently used Deandre Roofing to replace 2 roofs on my investment properties so that I could sell them, and they are also doing some repairs on my residence roof. Dan and the crew were fantastic through the whole process and made it so easy for me. They handled everything with my insurance company and worked to get the best estimate and coverage possible. They worked quickly to complete the roof replacements for the already scheduled closing dates on my properties. Dan and the team were so helpful and the communication was great through it all, including from the crew leaders and inspectors. Had a fantastic experience with Deandre Roofing. Spoke with Mike for a quote. He came over and looked over replacing my entire home's roof, ridge vent and replacing the rear gutter. He was great to talk to and didn't push anything more than what I was looking for. I had some exterior work I needed to get done before having them come out and do the work and they were patient with me getting my end completed before asking them to come out which was very helpful. They came out exactly when they said they would get here and completed the work in a very timely manner. Cleaned up after themselves and even took some of the mess that I had made which was also very helpful. They even went above and beyond what I needed cleaning up some other minor items I had in my roof which was incredible. After the work we went over everything that was done and showed me pictures of the results. They really emphasize customer service and it shows. Pleasure working with them and would recommend them to anyone else for any roofing work. They go above and beyond to make sure the work is done right and that you are satisfied at the end. Thanks!

About a month ago we were looking for roofers- we knew we had a leak last winter and wanted to get it repaired before the rains started. From the first phone call they were very courteous and professional. The appointment was set for 2 days later, I then got an email explaining the whole process, confirming the time and date, and a picture of the person coming to the house. Nice touch. At first meeting Adam called to say he was on his way and arrived exactly on time. He did his evaluation, then emailed the report. We signed the contract and scheduled the work. On the day of work the crew showed up on time, did all the work,, and cleaned up. Later we got an email with all the before and after pictures and the bill, which they set up with an easy payment system. We were happy with their work. Thanks.

I work for a management company located in Lomita, CA. We have many properties located in the surrounding areas. During the rainy season, it was very tough to find a roofing company that was able to call, schedule and inspect our properties that had roof leaks. Ron, from Deandre Roofing is on it! He is not only very responsive, but our properties require us to get estimates, before jobs can be approved. It usually takes most roofing companies 5-10 days to give us their report as well as the bid. Ron consistently has given us these estimates 24 hours after inspection. With all of the repairs they have made for us, we have not had any problems with leaks coming back. I highly recommend that if you have any type of roof problem, to give Deandre Roofing a call. I called Deandre Roofing after a storm which caused a leak in our roof. Water was pouring into the hallway & we needed someone right away. Dan called me back within a few minutes & had his crew at our premises within hours of the phone call! They found our drains on the roof were blocked & cleared them.There were also some damage to the roof which they fixed in a professional manner.The job was done perfectly to our expectations. Dante Roofing is a top notch company. Having never used a roofer before, we picked Dante Roofing. So glad we did. Our roof was leaking from all the rains we've had lately. Adam at Dante Roofing is who we dealt with and he found the leak, quoted cost of repairs and when they would be available. Ours was a 2 day job and we found them very professional and true to their word on the cost of repairs. Also afterward, they area where they were working was cleaned up of all of the mess. Had my hail damaged roof replaced by Ron. Would like to report the work was professionally done and at record time. All debris and nails & tacks removed and drive and walks were swept & blown clean. The inspector (Jack) came the next day and double checked the work. They were very professional and kept us well informed of dates and times work would be done. Would highly recommend them to any one. This is the second roof they have installed for me. Very happy with both. They are excellent.

I met Deandre Roofing when they did a re-roofing for one of my close friend. I was hunted down by many roofers. I called one of them put in a clam and my insurance company denied it. I was told by a roofer that damage doesn’t always show at first so I waited. I waited till August and then called in Deandre Roofing as I trusted their opinion and knew if anyone could make this happen it would be them. Once again, I wasn’t disappointed. Deandre Roofing got the claim to go through and a re-roofing was just finished on my property. Insurance companies know the name and trust Deandre Roofing recommendations. It is now twice, when I was turned down, I went to Deandre Roofing and the insurance company listened. Thank you, Lon for your excellent service and reputation as a quality roofer. Deandre Roofing has done a number of jobs for me and has always provided me with an excellent service. They have been cheaper, responded quicker and done a better job than the other local roofing companies I have tried. Always been very conscientious about their work and when there was an issue they returned right away to assess it, identified the problem and spent the whole of today making further improvements at no cost to make sure there would be no future issues.
