They fixed part of our roof, repaired our trim, capped our windows, replaced dormers and the frames of our garage doors, installed gutter guards, created a stamped concrete patio with a retaining wall including drainage. Starting with my initial calI with Daniel’s Run Contracting, I had a good feeling about them. I had called quite a few places to get quotes for work I wanted done, and in many cases I felt like the company I called was doing me a favor by setting an appointment to give me a quote. From the first call with Daniel’s Run Contracting, there was excellent communication and an abundance of information. I appreciated that my initial meeting with Daniel’s Run didn’t feel like a sales call. It was straightforward with a bit of vision. I asked questions, heard what they could do and received a quote later that day. The quote was thoughtful, inclusive of my multiple questions and the pricing seemed fair and reasonable. We went ahead with all of the work, and, lucky for us, they could start immediately. I was kept abreast of the work schedule. If there were schedule changes I was notified with an explanation. My questions continued to be met with timely and thorough answers. Then, the work spoke for itself. The work spoke for itself so profoundly that I requested additional work. I wanted other parts of my house to meet the standard that Daniel’s Run set. On top of all of that, they made the work seem easy-to-do from my perspective. They over-delivered on their initial scope of work and we are extremely satisfied customers, our money was well-spent with Daniel’s Run Contracting and we recommend you use them.

Frank and Daniel’s Run will take good care of you and your home needs. They are a one stop shop for a plethora of services. My wife and I specifically needed a roof replacement. Frank and Daniel’s Run not only gave us a very competitive quote, but ensured that our project was completed in a timely fashion, and with the utmost consideration and care. I would highly recommend this team to anyone that is looking for any project. Most of my work was all exterior, but speaking to the team, they do perform interior work as well. I had numerous projects broken down below. Roofing Work: I first contacted Daniel's Run Contracting for a roofing estimate, and ended up finding a reputable team that will continue to perform work around my house. The representative from Daniel's Run, Franklin, did a great job walking me through the options for my roof, and what could be done. We ended up making a claim through our insurance as he noticed a significant amount of weather related damage. Franklin showed up for the inspections, and ensured that the inspection went in our favor. On Installation day, the roofing team showed up and went to work. The team was very polite and courteous of all debris, including taking a metal detector to pick up any and all nails around the house. Any concerns were quickly addressed and the job was perfect. Gutters: We had Daniel's run replace our gutters and relocate them for better drainage. We were facing issues with mud and excess water in the yard. The team installed the gutters in new locations, and installed a drainage system. Now my backyard is dry again. Deck Supports: Our balcony had two support beams that were very worn, and caused concern for safety. We had Daniel's Run replace these in half a day, with no impact to our existing deck. The work was done quickly and effectively and the product speaks for itself. (Photo Attached) Fence Gate: Our gate was sagging and no longer could be opened without extra muscle to lift the gate back in place. Daniel's Run worked to rebuild the gate with additional support. Now anyone can open the gate and it swings with ease. (Photo Attached) Garage Shelving: Though all the work was expertly completed, the garage shelves are a work of art. The garage is tight, and fitting a car while taking advantage of storage space can be a challenge with commercial solutions. Daniel's Run team helped to fix this. Taking the time to empty the garage completely, and then marking the positions of our cars to ensure doors open, and we maximize the storage space. Daniel's Run built custom shelving that are rock solid, and I am comfortable putting any weight on them. Each dimension was custom cut and built to the space at hand. There were no short cuts taken, and the results are stunning. I now have a garage with more space than I thought was imaginable. (Photo Attached)

Daniel’s Run did it all! They found the leak, fixed it and repaired the damage. The new copper flashing looks great and so does the ceiling they patched and painted. I would and have recommended them to anyone needing work done!

Expectations exceeded! Honest, professional, punctual, creative, and communicative. I hired Daniel's Run Contracting to repair my upper deck and build a lower deck. I had a very tight budget and they made it work! I am always very weary of contractors but I received superb service and the quality of work was excellent! I highly recommended Daniel's Run Contracting!
