Columbia Roofing removed our old roof and replaced with gorgeous architectural shingles. They also replaced all of our gutters. They did a great job, there was great communication throughout the whole project and they were the best price of any of the contractor quotes. They had the best rates among the 3 companies that I received quotes from but I had already decided to go with them because they are reputable. The project estimator is knowledgeable, and will not suggest any repairs or sales which are not needed. Other than the roof, I wanted to replace gutters also, but he assessed the condition and suggested that I only need a gutter guard. The roof was completed the same day. Basically the project was completed on time (except for weather delays), on budget, no hidden costs, quality work, I have no problems recommending them.

Columbia Roofing has done all the roofing on our house, added skylights, and gutter guards. Recently, when a knot caused a face board to crack, they were very responsive and did a great repair job. They also rebuilt our front steps. Their estimates are right on target.

Wonderful people who do a truly professional job. Geoge Christopolis was our project manager. I can't say enough good things about him. He was personally on site helping us from planning to completion. He helped us picking out shingles and stayed until the last scrape in the yard was picked up. He did his own walkthroughs several times to make sure the job not only met our expectations but his. He was terrific helping us with our insurance claim. He speaks their language.

Columbia Roofing was excellent to work with. The company provided excellent customer service and timeliness in completing the project. The prices were the best of the three estimates I received. I had an issue with a few shingles on the front of the house from another contractor and Columbia Roofing came out immediately and repaired the shingles. I highly recommend this company.

The entire experience was wonderful. George is a long standing employee that really takes time to assess the roof and gives options that are easy to understand. He speaks from experience and wants only the best for his customers. The installation was on time and on budget, no surprises. The team doing the work were respectful and the supervisor was very professional. The crew also made sure that the entire area was cleaned up when they were done with the job. I would absolutely recommend Columbia roofing to anyone that wants high quality and honest people.

Columbia Roofing did a great job installing a new roof on my home. Mr. Christopolis did a thorough inspection of my old roof providing pictures and descriptions and gave me several roofing options. I did not feel pressured and felt they were honest in their assessment and estimate for my new roof. The install was one day. Columbia Roofing worked efficiently and with minimal disturbance. My old roof was off and new one installed in one day. All debris was cleared and they used a metal detector around my property to pick up any loose ends. I recommended them to a neighbor and another friend in Silver Spring who both used them. Both were really happy with their work.

Salesperson was professional. Crew was on time. Work began adapt. Pictures were taken of rotted wood and chimney base. Roof is beautiful and functioning thus far--6 mos. financing a great option. Office a bit difficult to work with this 4 stars.
