Dan and his crew were super helpful in the planning process and provided us a straight-forward, solid professional advice. From the beginning with the estimate to the very end of the replacement of our entire roof. Carmine Roofing Service was exceptional. They came on the scheduled day, did the 470 sq. ft. tear off and replacement in record time as we had planned. They really got their work done efficiently, and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. The roof is great. Clearly a very skilled and well-managed team. Had a great experience with Carmine Roofing Service, for my new home's roof replacement project. I talked to David and the crew, they understood the timeline I was working with before my move-in date and they were able to work with my tight schedule to get the project done. It took a few days to remove and replace the roof which looks fantastic. I came over early the 1st day to check-in on the project and I could tell they were their very early and already starting the demo of the old roof which can get a bit messy taking everything apart. But when I returned a few days later, the project was complete and the roof was in-place and the yard looked great like nothing happened (they even did a great job with cleaning up the job site, which was much appreciated). It has been 5 weeks since we moved into our new house and we have been through all the rain and no issues with the roof. We are very happy with Carmine Roofing Service.

Carmine Roofing Service are awesome! I had them to do a complete tear off and re-roof of my home. They his crew were very accommodating as I had a couple of things that I had to do once they tore the roof off, (adding a bit of insulation in a couple small parts of my attic that cannot be accessed from main attic.), and they worked around me with no issue. My project manager Mike was fantastic and always available if I had any questions. The material they use is above and beyond code and will last me a very long time. The crew that came out was very professional and took great care with protecting my home and landscape in the same fashion. The crew was great and I love that it’s a professional business. They cleaned up everything. No mess and no nails left laying around. They even had quality inspector come and inspect the new roof a couple days after it was completed to make sure there were no issues and no problems. My neighbor went with Carmine Roofing Service as well and was just as happy. I highly recommend using this company.

Dan at Carmine Roofing Service installed a Durolast PVC roof on my deck over the garage and metal roof panels over my house. The guys that came to install my roof were very knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had. I was impressed with the level of quality, cleanliness, speed and final price. I highly recommend Carmine Roofing Service, if you need a new roof or you just need to get some more life out of your roof, they also do repairs. this company also does siding (with or without insulation), decks, doors and windows, and much more. Dan was great. and has wonderful staff that greeted me kindly and were easy to work with. The prep was easier than expected fortunately. My procedure went well and he took time to explain everything to me.

David was managing our remodel of both bathrooms and kitchen and we are so pleased with their level of professionalism and knowledge. He's an honest and sincere individual who helps us feel comfortable and well-informed throughout the process so we don't have to worry about anything. We always know what the next steps are and when they are coming up and who is arriving for work. They have been highly-efficient, through, professional and great to work with. They prepared the areas to protect the floors and contain the demo debris and leave each evening with the house in a surprisingly clean state.  We are pleased with every aspect of this company's performance and highly recommend them for any of your roofing needs.

I used this great company called Carmine Roofing Service and had an entire new flat roof put on our home. At the time it was an emergency as my home ceiling had caved in with water, and Jake was there the next day to check it out for me. Give me a very fair estimate ...the work was done promptly professionally and right on time. Through no fault of his company the drain guard on my roof was clogged with debris and there was some water on the roof so I called Carmine Roofing Service, and it had been taken care of in the most professional manner. I highly recommend Jake and Carmine Roofing Service. They are always prepared!!

We used Carmine Roofing Service to put a new roof on our 3000 square foot house recently and are VERY happy with the job they did. Several neighbours have commented on how good it looks! Besides, the roof has some very steep areas which made it even more difficult for them, but they got it done beautifully. The crew was always on time (in fact, early) and worked very very hard. Dan replaced our roof and installed gutters all the way around the house. I received quotes from 4 different roofing contractors. Jake was not the cheapest, but was clearly the most professional. I had confidence that they would get the job done right and that they would back up their work. Estimator Ron and Inspector David were particularly responsive and were responsible for the job going so well. The gutter installation job was also outstanding. We felt comfortable choosing them because they provided the Supplier “LIEN WAIVER”. They are certified installers, have been in business for many years, and were the only company not to require cash up front. Jack did not ask to see what our insurance offered first and provided an estimate that nearly matched what our insurance company agreed to pay. We are very impressed with their level of professionalism and this includes Ron, Adam and Dan. Their work and quality inspection walk through were excellent. We highly recommend them.

I just met Ron for a quote for repairs to guttering. Explained everything clearly. Very professional and polite. Ron and Adam arrived as promised on Wednesday. The job took +5 hours, which deserves more than 5 stars. It is perfection. I also got extra work done for free. Affordable price for a pensioner. Mike, an excellent roofer and handyman, repaired my storm damage window. I will be calling on Carmine Roofing Service for maintenance of my roof. Highly recommend.
