We are very excited to report that all of our full-time employees are paid a minimum of $15 per hour. Savings Plans: Our Winter Savings Plan allows staff to select an amount of money to be withheld from their paycheck every week during our peak season. Their contributions are matched 100% by the company (yes, dollar-for-dollar) and distributed back in equal payments over the winter. Financial Training: Once a year we bring in a local financial expert to instruct our staff in financial principles such as budgeting, debt reduction, saving, home-buying, and more. This 12-week course is one of the things we do over the winter to keep busy. Retirement Planning: We offer a Simple IRA, it's like a 401k for small business.
