Beware of this company!! Paid for a new AC to be stilled. After 2 years the unit caused leaking in my ceiling. After many many phone calls and discussions with the owner they sent out a technician to my house 3 times. Never resolved the issue. On the 3rd visit they finally sent me a quote to have the Ac fixed. Quote was for over 1k. I called multiple other companies and was told the unit was installed incorrectly. Owner has asked me to take down all by bad reviews but refuses to fix the poor Ac installation unless I paid the company again for the same job!!

I am really impressed with the quality of work they delivered. I contacted their customer services to check my home air ventilation system. they arrived at my home as soon as possible without wasting any time and helped in fixing my home air ventilation without any delays. we called a few days to get our ducts replace the sent David the very next day David came to our house yesterday to quote us for new ducting . he explained about the process and the different types . I'm was very pleased with him so I decided to go ahead and schedule the job . today the came to install and already done the results are incredible and air flow is amazing! thenx guys ! highly recommended ! very professional polite and competitive price!

We had insulation blown into our attic, and The Right Choice did a great job. They were courteous and professional. There were even a few spots missed that I didn't see until later after checking out the job, and they were nice enough to come back and fill those areas in as well as build a barrier around the attic access door to keep insulation from falling down into the house. All the staff, from sales to installation, were super friendly and professional. I appreciated their good work and professionalism. I would highly recommend them for residential insulation jobs. Thanks for your service Right Choice team.

The right choice heating and air came to my house to do a repair. I called them on short notice and they came right away. My system is now running better then ever. I definitely will be using them for all of my HVAC needs from now on

I had an AC unit installed 6 years ago that wasn't working. The first company that came out told me I needed a total new unit. Fortunately, I called The Right Choice. Once they diagnosed my problem it was actually a quick fix and I DIDN'T need a new unit. Use these guys, they are honest!

The Right Choice Heating and Air was excellent. Called late in the day and they managed to fit me in to their busy schedule for my repair. The technician explained everything in detail so I could make an informed decision about what needed to be done to my AC. I would recommend their services to anyone.

The Right Choice was very friendly. I loved their customer service. My air conditioning broke in the middle of summer so it was really hard to find someone to come out. I was very excited that The Right Choice was able to come out on such short notice. They were able to work around my schedule and even come out on the weekends, which I was very grateful for. My only complaint is that I requested a really quiet unit and unfortunately the one they installed was really loud. I had them come back out to see if there was something wrong with it but it was just a loud unit and there was nothing they could do. Besides that, they were absolutely wonderful, great customer service, very quick, and very respectful in my home.

I found this company in a coupon magazine last summer. My heating system was as old as my house, and the duct work was falling apart. So I gave them a call. The sales rep Adam was a polite and knowledgeable young man who did not try to sell me something I wasn't looking for. His bid was very reasonable. The work was accomplished in a timely manner as agreed upon in the timeframe established between myself and the office. Joanna was a very responsive and courteous person. I enjoyed doing business with her and the rest of the Right Choice team. ---Make the "Right Choice"

I felt the price was fair; I am very happy with Right Choice. Steve was great, he did not try to "up sale" me on any items, was very polite, informative and professional. The biggest A+ has to go to their office manager - Joanna !! I just have to shout out my wonderful experience with her....what a lovely lady, extremely proficient, so helpful, very courteous, if I had a business of my own - I definitely would have tried to steal her away. These days, it is really nice to talk to a "real person" and I sureIy appreciated the assistance she provided. Also would like to add that there was no mess or clean-up required after workers left, very neat and tidy. .... To sum it up, this is a business that I would certainly recommend.

It was finally a time to replace my system as it was original to my 1986 home. Now shopping for a new HVAC system is not fun but The Right Choice made it so easy and painless. Joanna got a tech to my home within a few days and Eli gave me an awesome quote. I did get a few other quotes from other companies to make sure I was getting the best price and no other company could come close. Within a week my new system was in and working great. Defiantly recommend this company!
