Pacy helped us through some water damage recently that was caused from the unit above ours. We have used Same Day Restoration & Cleaning twice, and both times have been very happy with their service. Phone calls are returned promptly, appointment scheduling easy and staff courteous and efficient. We have hardwood and tile floors throughout the house so don't have any comments on carpet cleaning per se. We do have a large area rug that needed special attention due to the materials. The first time there was a bit of an issue with the colors. Pacy, the owner was great. He took the rug away and brought it back a few weeks later - spotless! The second time around the rug was cleaned and looked great. We also had our sofa cleaned and again, were very happy with the results. There was going to be a $50 (if I remember correctly) additional charge for them to drop the rug after cleaning, but I chose to pick it up since they are in Kearny Mesa and an easy drive. We will continue to use Same Day for our carpet cleaning needs.

The most professional Carpet, floor and upholstery cleaning company I have ever worked with. I actually enjoyed having them work on my floors and upholstery. They were quick and made my Tile floor look brand new including the grout. They were clean polite and took pride in their business. Hats of to them.

We hired Same Day because of a clean water leak in a bathroom that extended to a few other rooms in the house. They were extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. Friendly and flexible too.

I hired this company "blind" off the Internet. The crew came exactly when they said they'd arrive, helped move some furniture, did a great job cleaning three very dirty rooms of carpet (got out all the stains), left us booties to wear if we wanted to walk in the rooms before they were dry, and gave us spot cleaning solution in case we had a future spill. They were courteous, friendly, and professional. I would definitely call them again.

I decided I was sick and tired of looking at my carpet, so I turned to Yelp to find someone who could clean it asap. I found Pacy, and he had rave reviews. I called him thinking there was no way I could get it cleaned the same day, but would be happy to just have an appointment scheduled. To my complete surprise, Pacy and his team were able to come the same day! Mind you, I called around noon. He was there by 4 I think. And out by 7. I had my clean carpet, and I was a happy camper I tell ya. Don't hesitate to call Pacy and his crew. They'll be right there. The techs that came out were professional. I hired them to clean my couch where a pet had urinated. Part of the stain was on the seat cushion below where the back cushion sits. When I asked them to lift the back cushion to fully clean the seat cushion, I was told "We only clean what is visible, we won't move anything." I asked a 2nd time, as that was the only reason I paid to have them come out, but the tech refused. If that is the company's policy, it is a bad policy. I would never hire this company again.

Sorry you had a bad experience with our techs. This doesn't seem like a possible situation since we clean the whole couch. We remove the cushions if they are able to be removed and clean every possible area that our tools fit into. Maybe it was that the tool didn't fit in there, or it would possible tear your couch if we forced it.

We do have a 100% money back guarantee, and we do make our clients aware of that at the time of the service. In the future please call the office directly if there is something you want fixed, or refunded within 30 days of the service.

Have always been on time and they do through cleaning of carpets in home and treat them and have taken out for special cleaning of oriental rugs.
