GREENTREE WATERPROOFING

When we moved into our house, they had finished the walls with drywall. One month passed and it flooded - terribly. After ripping out part of the drywall and removing the floor, we needed a permanent solution to our water issues. We had heard a recommendation for Greentree through friends. Because this was a major investment, we had several companies give us estimates. The gentleman from Greentree was prompt, accurate, and quoted us lower than the other 3. Greentree was able to schedule the installation very quickly. They explained the prep that we needed to do to make it happen so they could get right to work. When they started the process, the workmen worked quickly and the foreman explained everything to me and my husband before they started and after they had laid the pipe to concrete over. They also felt like a deeper sump pit was a better idea and installed it with no extra charge. We payed for half of it before work started and then paid the other half after all the work was complete. We were so confident in their work that we put carpet down in the basement. Central Illinois has had terrible flooding/flash-flooding since we've had the work done. We've now been waterproofed for 4 years and we have been bone dry. I have recommended them to friends and co-workers around central Illinois and no one has been disappointed.
