Frontier Basement Systems

My basement flooded after very heavy rain. Called Frontier scheduled someone to come see. Evan, salesman was very nice and full of great information about their system which I liked and agreed to install. Everything was clear on paper, what and how it happens during installation and what is expected of me such as open 18 inches of walls for jackhammer access. All is well until the installation day. Three men came one spoke better English the other one Spanish only the other one did not speak. The English speaking one asked me how to do several things until I told him it was his job not mine. I really didn’t know the answers. I would text Evan and he would call the worker. They decided to cut walls and ceilings that did not need to be cut. I placed a path of tarp on the carpet however they walked around the tarps with muddy shoes. They said they would pay to have the carpet cleaned and repair the holes they cut but did not. As far as they system I assume it was installed correctly. I would not use them again

Frontier is not your typical contractor! They are reliable, trust worthy, and will work hard to make sure you are satisfied!
