Elsworth & Bond Limited is a privately owned property management company, which has been established since March 1997 and have carried out countless developments and refurbishments as Project Managers and Principal Contractors throughout London. We have extensive experience in all areas of property management including new build, conversions and refurbishments of both modern and period properties including Grade II Listed Buildings. With over 20 years experience in the construction industry and a further 10 years in shop fitting. Our primary operatives are able to offer a wealth knowledge and understanding as well as being able to think laterally regarding problem solving issues, which inevitably occur during any project. All of our projects are received through recommendations from our existing clients and we are able to Project Manage projects with a value from £ 50k to in excess of £ 1m. We have a team of professionals, including Architects, Planning Consultants, Structural Engineers, Party Wall Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors and Interior Designers many of whom we have worked with over the passed 20 years, to call upon as and when required. We also have several teams of building companies that we have worked with that are capable of completing all sizes of building contracts.
