Drainage Team

The drainage team is an amazing outfit. Nathan and his team did both our outside work and inside work. The outside was transformed from a swamp to a useable backyard. The inside went from leaking with moderate rains to dry. The joy of not worrying about leaks can not be overstated. I would highly recommend the drainage team for any water project inside or out and would hire them again in an instant.

The Drainage Team did a huge project in our back yard re-routing the rainwater that puddled between 0ur home and pool. Before their work, it was like a 3-inch water basin next to the foundation of our house after a rain. Our sump pump never stopped. Our neighbor had our overflow water in their backyard as well. This was in 2020. We have had no problems of accumulating water since, and our sump pump rarely kicks on. No more water problems around the foundation of our home. Nathan was so easy to talk to and watched over his employees to make sure the project was done as we discussed and to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend this company. In February 2022, we had The Drainage Team work on some water issues at my mother's villa. She had problems of rainwater draining to her foundation. This was a smaller job, but President Nathan and Project Manager Justin had their workers complete the job to mother's liking and so far, no more water problems at the villa's foundation. The company employees are respectful of the property, eager to make modifications as needed and do a superb job of cleaning up after the job is completed. You just can't find a better company to depend on.

Our backyard experienced a very high water table which often made it soggy and unusable. Water drains onto our property from our uphill neighbors, which includes their roof downspouts. Drainage Team analyzed the problem and recommended the installation of a large French Drain system. The pipes drain to a well containing a float actuated sump pump, which directs the water around the house to an outfall point in the front lawn, and from there it flows down the lawn to the street, then along the curb to the storm inlet. Drainage team performed very well, finished the work on time and displayed a cooperative and helpful spirit. I recommend this company and would hire them again. They are excellent.
