Quinnair Heating & Air Conditioning

Quinnair Heating and Air has literally bumped up the quality of our lives and at a very generous price. They were our third bidder on a new furnace and AC system. We never felt pressured and realized quickly that Clyde “Denver” Triplett –the estimator for Quinnair Heating and Air, was interested in making our lives more comfortable in this cool old house we had purchased a few months before. Anyone who has moved lately knows the stress involved, and the worry that goes with old systems. Clyde noticed our old house has a very cool sitting room which had been converted from an existing garage and immediately, Clyde informed us that as part of the deal, Quinnair Heating and Air would add a vent to bring cool and warm air to this room. Also, when I questioned Clyde about our 20 year old hot water heater he showed us the 96% efficient Tankless Navien System. When we had him add that system into the estimate he bumped up the efficiency of both the furnace and AC system so now we will get tax credits for 2014. We are the HAPPY recipients of three new and 96/98% efficient systems which are each warranted for 15 years. Quinnair Heating and Air is a VETERAN advocate. To show their appreciation of veterans (John my husband is a World War II veteran) they gave us a Veteran Discount. Work was completed quickly, efficiently, and at little inconvenience to us in Colorado’s snowy season this May 2014. Bottom line, if you want to be happy with service, price and need a new Furnace, AC, or a Hot Water system, we recommend Quinnair Heating and Air. Tell them the happy Sekulich Family sent you.

Quinnair was one of three contractors who provided an estimate to replace our A.C. which went out in mid-summer. They were the only contractor who during the initial visit actually evaluated how well or poorly our existing HVAC system was meeting our needs, rather than just recommending that we simply replace the A.C. unit. They also were by far the best price, even considering they were able to upgrade our system to the size it should be for our house and modify the ductwork to dramatically improve air flow. They were on time, professional, passed through $850 in rebates to us, and didn't try to sell us a "club" membership to maintain the system. We now have a much better functioning system that we are confident will perform as expected.

We found this name and called for a quote 2 weeks ago via email per the message. They never got back to us. They are very unresponsive.

Can't sing the praises of this company loud enough! I was faced with a situation where after living in my home for a year and a half, my furnace ( a 10yr old Bryant) had died in the middle of winter. The original HVAC company I had used did not have a relationship with Carrier (Bryant) and did not have the proper knowledge / tools to thoroughly diagnose and fix my system. Instead, I got a bunch of probably this, might be that, could be, and no guarantees. That left me with a $1000 fix that broke after 2 wks and left me with no heat yet again. After talking with Quinnair, they made my problem their problem and took care of me from the start. They were able to figure out what was going wrong, work with Carrier to get me credit for the fix that didn't work, and point out several places where the original system had either been specified incorrectly or had been installed wrong which probably led to pre-mature failure. I wound up putting in a new system, but the good folks at Quinnair walked me through all the options, pointed out the positives and negatives, where I could save money, and what I needed to do to get the most out of whatever system I went with. I could not be happier. I now have a fantastic Carrier Infinity correctly sized and installed that is keeping my house toasty. They noted some issues with my water heater (which I was already aware of from replacing the overpressure valve) and made the recommendation to look at replacing that in the near future as well since the utility room where everything is located in adjacent to living space and a failure of the water heater would likely cause significant damage. Again, they walked me through all the options and helped me come to a solution that met my needs within budget. I greatly appreciate the relationship approach to my HVAC needs that the entire Quinnair staff engaged me with verses the transaction approach I have encountered with other service providers. They demonstrated a high level of knowledge and industry expertise, and treated me like I was the owners best friend. If you are looking for a company that knows their trade and deals with their customers with honesty and care, give these guys a call.

Clean air and comfortable environment for breathing! I live in the mountains of Colorado and have struggled with dry air and dust for 8 yrs. I made contact with Quinnair. The owner of the company came up with his team, while meeting with me for the first time they actually fixed a few issues during the visit. Offered straight forward and knowledgable advice on what was best for me on how to achieve my goals for a more comfortable home. I started out wanting radiant heat and other major items. After carefully explaining to me how to achieve what I needed in a very consultative approach. They saved me considerable amount of money and solved all my issues. I have a whole house humidifier, with a clean effects air filtration system and an air purifier. The cost was was very reasonable for the immaculate and beautiful installation. They would not let me make a single payment until they were 100% sure I was satisfied and pleased with the work. Amazing customer service, I will never use anyone else, always on time flexible and extremely neat and courtesy. Everyone is so very committed to customer service and doing the right thing. They take pride in what they do.
