KET Home Services is a small family owned business serving Lake, Cook, McHenry, and Dupage County. We normally employ 2 – 3 people including myself (Ken Thomas). I started the business after completing my HVAC training at the College of Lake County where I graduated, with honors, while receiving an Associate of Applied Science Degree. I have always prided myself on providing top quality service at the fairest price possible. I believe that the customer shouldn’t have to sacrifice quality for cost. I take pride in making every job we do not only work efficiently but look neat, clean, and professionally installed. We take great lengths to insure that your home is left as clean as when we arrived with no dinged walls, dirty carpets, floors to be swept, or garbage left behind. We can supply any make or model of hvac equipment in the industry. We also service all makes and models with 24/7 service. I work on every job that we take on to assure that it is of the highest quality and can be reached directly with any questions you may have. We offer a 2 year labor warranty on any repairs for all our Goodman or American Standard brand installs. This means you pay nothing for any labor for the first 2 years and parts will be covered under the factory warranties! All warranty calls will be handled with top priority and not pushed to the back of the line. I feel confident in taking the responsibility of any repairs because I know the quality that we are offering.
