The fan of our very old AC unit stopped working last night. So we ran to Walmart to get a window unit and some fans fearing the worst. The next couple days are going to be in the high 90’s… I called CRT Mechanical today and it was fixed today they are absolutely amazing, the best best part, WE SPENT MORE AT WALMART than the actual repair cost! Ps: We learned our lesion… and we are saving up for a new unit, just thankful it didn’t happen today and now we know who to call for next time

I called Chris about my very old air conditioning unit. He said he could fill it up with refrigerant but it will just leak out again. The best bet was to replace the unit. If you want the most respectful, most knowledgeable, and quality work, then call CRT Mechanical.

I called CRT today when I discovered my oil heater was pumping out black soot. Then were there within the hour. What I thought was going to be an expensive repair turned out to be a really quick fix. The service man was respectful, friendly, and HONEST. I know nothing about heaters and someone could have easily taken advantage of that and face it some would. Instead this company easily and quickly made the repair and charged me a price I felt was beyond fair! Great company, great service.

I called on a HOT summer day and needed a new unit for my house. I have a toddler, so it was urgent to get done right away. I called this company (along with others) and Chris was able to give me the best price. In addition, he was able to get the job done in two days. This was such short notice, but he managed. I was so thankful to have him around. I would highly recommend this company.

I purchased a house in June with a brand new A/C unit. When I moved in it was not cooling properly. I called CRT, and Chris came out and found several problems with other company's installation including low refrigerant. He explained everything, then repaired and charged the unit. He also informed me that the unit needed to be registered for the warranty to be good. Now my system is running great, and it's covered by the warranty. Excellent customer service, and knowledge of all aspects of heating and air.

My air conditioner went out in the middle of the 100 degree temperature this summer and CRT came out immediately to take care of the problem when I could not even get any other company to respond at all. They were wonderful and professional and replaced my unit immediately and at a wonderful price. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to have their air conditioning fixed or replaced.

Chris and his staff are the best around. When my A/C unit went down they were out on a Sunday installing a new unit and furnace I couldn't ask for any better service then that. A dear friend of my wife and I lost her husband and her heater went out I called Chris on a Saturday and he dropped everything he was doing and came rite over and repair her heater at a minimal cost. Now that is a man with a Heart. We have been using CRT since 2007. Great Job Chris keep it going. Thanks Dave and Debbie Springle

Chris and his team has always be dependable, professional and very knowledgeable on the repairs and new installation jobs they have performed for me.
