Professional from top to bottom. Estimates and details well documented throughout the process. Of the three estimates they came in just above the lowest one. Workers are efficient, friendly and focused. Right down to the overshoes whenever the house was entered.

Fantastic service from initial very professional estimate through installation of our Mitsubishi split units and follow-up! Installers were fantastic! Left no mess, professional electrical upgrade and the mechanical were very very professional. We could tell all Comand Comfort staff took a great deal pride in their company as well as there work and interaction with us. The system is the best and the quietest of all the other brands that we investigated! QUIET operation!! Command Comfort might be a little more expensive than other companies but this was the ONLY company that took time measuring our rooms, checking if rooms were insulated and wether windows were double pane as all of this info was used to choose the proper sizes of units. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed with the product or the company

I own a very old spanish-style home. Built in 1929, the house is a great candidate for a ductless HVAC system. In 2016, Command Comfort installed a 2-unit ductless system at my residence, with capacity to handle 4 units inside the house. In 2017, I had them install the remaining 2 of the 4 units. For both installations, the Command Comfort team, from their front office, to the install team, handled the job very professionally. I have been extremely pleased with the quality of the product they sell, and the manner in which they handle their business, and their clients. I look forward to having them service the units and keep them in top working conditions for years to come.

I had the BEST experience with this company. Hiring a contractor and paying out thousands of dollars is never an easy feat but working with Command Comfort made it painless. I work long hours and couldn't be home while they were working on replacing my entire HVAC system. It took them two days to complete the work and the first day they came, they had cleaned up their work area so well, I couldn't even tell they had been there except for the beautiful new York unit installed in my back yard. They were trustworthy, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They were meticulous with their work and I couldn't be happier with my new system. It's been 6 months and my system works amazingly well , both the heat and the air conditioning. They installed a NEST thermostat for me and assisted me in securing the financing necessary to complete the project.

Command Comfort installed my mini split a/c until July 2017. They were clear and up front from the pricing process to the follow up after the install. All employees and manement I dealt with were patient as well as friendly in guiding me through I have had no complaints with the units to date.

This wonderful group of people did a fantastic job from beginning to end in explaining, scheduling, thoughtfully designing, and ultimately installing a system perfectly suited to fit efficiently and effectively into our living space.
